
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Interact with our CRM, HubSpot, and multiple other software systems to record, track, fulfill, & research sales transactions
• Use Google Sheets and Excel to create and maintain reports, charts, & dashboards for our sales teams
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain a clean customer database
• Keep up with new feature developments in HubSpot features and functionality, including attending HubSpot’s annual user conference
• Oversee sales documentation, scripts, processes, and team resources
• Management of team resources, ensuring everything is kept up to date
• Routing incoming leads to the appropriate sales representative
• Assist with the onboarding of new employees
• Identify, champion, & implement process improvement opportunities
• Other administrative functions as needed
