Job Description
Leadership & Strategy
• Be Part of the India leadership team, to play a key role in business strategy and ramp up India business through expansion in India and relocation from Germany.
• Strive financial discipline to set up and monitor all key performance indicators, robust processes for the company and present to board for any improvements.
• Be part of the Board meeting for all the key business, operations, financial and risk management.
• Work Closely with MD / CEO / Board to align on business objectives and growth strategy.
• Drive strong relationship with Senior Management, Board of Directors, External partners, and stakeholders.
• Able to develop, lead , and supervise Finance and HR & Administration team.

Financial Planning, Management & Reporting
• Responsible for the company's financial strategy, policies, and procedures.
• Forecasts for future growth, advise on long-term business and financial planning.
• Preparation of financial reports and summaries, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports. Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly closing and Corporate reporting.
• Compliance with internal financial & accounting policies and Procedures
• Cash Flow Management and effective use of Funds.
Taxation and Audits
• Proficient in handling Income Tax, GST, Customs and other Direct & Indirect Taxes.
• In-depth understanding of the statutory and legal aspects related Income Tax and GST compliance
• Leading and handling audits, prepare papers for tax auditors, and coordinate with them for timely completion of tax audits.
• Oversee & coordinate the annual internal, external and statutory audits.

Compliance & Team Management
• Responsible for compliance of all Group guidelines, Statutory requirements with respect to but not limited to Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, Customs, FEMA etc.,
• Provide mentorship to all the team members for their personal & professional growth.
• Provide mentorship to all team leaders for their leadership and communication skills.
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape.
• Create an environment of knowledge-sharing across team members.

Qualifications
• CA or CMA
• MBA from reputed business school is an added advantage.

Additional Information
• 8 – 15 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industries.
• Excellent Pro-active, Interpersonal & Leadership skills
• Well versed in standard Financial & accounting practices, sound knowledge of ERP Tally and Advance Excel and Powerpoint.
• Passionate entrepreneurial mindset
