Role:
You will lead a team of talented instructional designers in creating innovative and engaging learning experiences that align with the company's business objectives and employee needs.
Your expertise in instructional design methodologies, learning technologies, and adult learning principles will be instrumental in ensuring the effectiveness of our eLearning programs.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Instructional Design team in the development and implementation of eLearning solutions that meet the company's training and performance improvement goals.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and other departments to ensure that training programs are aligned with business needs and organizational objectives.
Develop and implement instructional design strategies, including needs analysis, task analysis, and curriculum development.
Select and utilize appropriate learning technologies and authoring tools to create engaging and effective eLearning content.
Manage and oversee the production of eLearning materials, including scripts, storyboards, multimedia assets, and assessments.
Conduct pilot testing and evaluation of eLearning programs to ensure their effectiveness and make necessary improvements.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in eLearning and adult learning principles.
Present and communicate eLearning projects and initiatives to stakeholders and senior management.
Provide mentorship and guidance to instructional designers to help them develop their skills and expertise.
Desired Skills:
Master's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, Education, or a related field.
9+ years of experience in instructional design, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective eLearning solutions.
Expertise in instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE, SAM, and Kirkpatrick's model.
Proficient in using learning technologies and authoring tools, such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them to eLearning design.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to mentor, manage and motivate a team of instructional designers.
