Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our EdTech company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students and parents over the phone, promoting our educational products and services, and converting leads into successful enrollments. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for education, and a result-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Follow-Up:

Contact potential customers through inbound and outbound calls to introduce and promote our EdTech products.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other sales channels.
Understand the needs of the prospective students and parents to offer appropriate educational solutions.
Sales Conversion:

Deliver persuasive sales pitches to convert leads into sales and meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Address customer queries, objections, and concerns in a confident and convincing manner to close sales.
Provide detailed information about courses, pricing, and features to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to encourage repeat sales and referrals.
Maintain an organized database of leads, ensuring regular updates on the CRM system for tracking interactions and sales activities.
Gather customer feedback to help improve product offerings and service delivery.
Market Research and Analysis:

Stay updated on the latest trends in the EdTech industry, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Provide insights to the sales team regarding customer preferences, challenges, and new opportunities.
Assist in developing sales strategies to target specific customer segments effectively.
Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and promotional activities.
Participate in team meetings, share best practices, and contribute to improving overall sales performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in the EdTech industry or educational sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle customer objections confidently.
Target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in selling online courses, educational software, or other EdTech products.
Familiarity with different educational products, learning methodologies, and school curriculums.
Multilingual skills would be an added advantage.
