
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Faculty member to join our Master of Hospital Administration program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, hospital administration, or related fields and a passion for teaching and mentoring students. The role involves developing curriculum content, delivering lectures, and guiding students in their academic and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching and Curriculum Development:
Deliver lectures, workshops, and seminars in subjects related to Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Healthcare Operations, and Policy.
Develop and update course material, lesson plans, and study guides to ensure that the curriculum is aligned with industry standards and academic requirements.
Utilize innovative teaching methodologies and technology to enhance student learning and engagement.
Student Guidance and Mentorship:
Provide academic support and career guidance to students pursuing a Master’s degree in Hospital Administration.
Supervise and guide students in their research projects, internships, case studies, and dissertations.
Conduct student assessments, evaluations, and feedback to track academic progress and improve learning outcomes.
Industry Collaboration and Research:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, developments, and best practices in hospital administration and healthcare management.
Engage in research activities, publish papers in relevant journals, and contribute to the academic body of knowledge in the field.
Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations, hospitals, and industry professionals to create opportunities for student internships, guest lectures, and collaborative projects.
Program and Academic Administration:
Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and academic committees to contribute to the overall development of the program.
Support the organization of academic events, workshops, seminars, and conferences related to healthcare and hospital administration.
Assist in the accreditation process and ensure that the program meets educational standards and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
Master’s degree or higher in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in teaching, training, or working in hospital administration or the healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, hospital operations, healthcare policies, and management principles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students in their professional journey.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
Industry experience in senior managerial or administrative roles in hospitals or healthcare organizations.
Experience with academic research, publishing, and contributions to healthcare management literature.
Familiarity with online teaching tools and e-learning platforms.
