Job Summary: We seek an energetic, agile, and able Senior Human Resources Manager to oversee
the entire employee lifecycle at our dynamic learning technology and services company. This role
requires a seasoned HR professional with a deep understanding of HR best practices and a passion
for fostering a positive, productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Oversee and manage a performance management process.
• Maintain payroll and benefits program.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Develop and manage employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace
culture.
• Oversee the Background Verification (BGV) process to ensure the authenticity of
employee credentials.
• Provide support and guidance to HR staA.
• Act as a point of contact for employees for HR-related queries.
• Reporting HR metrics and performance to the management executive.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing a team of executives, with increasing role responsibilities
each year.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and HR best practices.
• Ability to work with computers eAectively and eAiciently.
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and a hands-on approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
• Graduate/Master's degree with HR specialization, and certifications.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the IT services industry.
