Job Title: Site Engineer - Interior Design
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to develop and implement effective construction plans and design strategies.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.
- Coordinate logistics between various teams to streamline workflow and address any issues that arise during the construction process.
- Prepare detailed site reports, documenting progress, challenges, and resolutions for accountability and future reference.
- Review and interpret architectural and interior design drawings; provide corrective feedback to align with design intent.
- Ensure the proper selection and sourcing of materials and finishes, balancing functionality with aesthetic appeal.
- Assist in identifying potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance project quality and client satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction processes.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar applications.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in site engineering or project management within the interior design sector.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects and delivering on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.
