Job Summary: As the Senior Manager - Finance & MIS, you will be responsible for managing the entire finance team supporting both India and US operations. You will oversee all financial operations, including financial analysis, metric creation, and ensuring financial accuracy. Your role will involve ensuring labour and statutory compliances in India, interacting with the company secretary and financial auditors, and managing banking operations. You will also handle India and USA payroll, accounts payable, and receivables management. The ideal candidate is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in financial management, Sage Intacct, and a deep understanding of financial operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the finance team in India, supporting both India and US operations.
• Oversee and ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial metrics and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with labour and statutory regulations in India.
• Collaborate with the company secretary and financial auditors to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.
• Manage banking operations, including cash management, India banking relationships, and reconciliations for both India and USA.
• Oversee payroll processing for both India and USA.
• Work closely with the Human Resource Department in both India and USA.
• Manage accounts payable and receivables, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the VP Controller in USA.
• Assist in developing and installing metrics and analysis for the FP&A function, working closely with the VP of FP&A in the USA.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.

Qualifications:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• Extensive experience in financial management, preferably in an IT custom services and SaaS products company.
• Expertise in Sage Intacct and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of labour and statutory compliances in India.
• Experience in managing banking operations and payroll for India and the USA.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer Savvy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
