Job Title: Manager, Interior Design Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present compelling presentations and proposals to clients, utilizing strong visual aids and design concepts.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports, using data to analyze trends and make informed decisions.
  • Mentor and train sales staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product launches to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the interior design or home furnishings industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully managing a sales team.
  • Knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and current styles and trends.
  • Certification or licensure in interior design is a plus.
